CARE

  1. Brass and Sterling Silver pieces will develop a patina over time. 
  2. To keep your metal shiny, use a polishing cloth regularly. 
  3. For more thorough cleaning, wash your piece with warm water and soap, then dry with lint-free cloth. 
  4. Be gentle with stones, they may chip or crack if handled roughly. 
  5. Embrace the unique dents and scratches that build overtime with daily wear

SIZING

  1. If you don’t know your ring size, select an existing ring that fits your desired finger and measure the internal diameter of the ring (mm). 
  2. Or stop by a local jeweler to get your finger sized or if you are in Toronto, make an appointment to visit Shop Metal Goods Studio. 
  3. Keep in mind that your finger size will fluctuate slightly; It’s best to measure when your fingers are warm, cold weather can shrink your fingers up to half a size.
  4. Made to Order or Custom pieces can be made to accomodate half sizes.
  5. Shop Metal Goods currently does not offer resizing services so please measure twice. 

IMPERFECTIONS

  1. Shop Metal Goods pieces are handmade and may have minor imperfections. 
  2. These small variations are a part of the crafting process, adding to the unique character and individuality of each piece.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  1. Shop Metal Goods does not offer returns and exchanges at this time. 
  2. Please reach out should you have any questions before finalizing your order. 

SHIPPING INFO

  1. Shipping within Canada is $15.00 CAD, a tracking number will be provided when your package has shipped.
  2. Shipping outside Canada is $25.00 CAD, a tracking number will be provided when your package has shipped. Please note that Shop Metal Goods is not responsible for paying any customs duties or import taxes that may be applicable. 
  3. Studio pick up can be arranged by appointment at Shop Metal Goods Studio located in Toronto (Dupont St + Symington Ave).
  4. Please allow 2-3 days for processing your order. 
  5. Shop Metal Goods assumes no responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen.
